1. Entry is free and open to NI residents only, aged over 18 who comment on the relevant post on our Facebook and Instagram post, during the promotional period as set out in clause.
2. This competition runs across Facebook and Instagram but is based on in store purchase in Clarks at Ards.
3. There will be 4 winners- for 2 boys pairs of shoes and 2 girls pairs of shoes, with each winner winning back their pair of shoes that they have purchased in store at Clarks Shoes Ards. Pair of shoes will be up to value of £60 in the form of an Ards centre gift cards for the 4 winners. Entrants must keep their receipt as proof of purchase.
4. No cash alternative or prize alternative is available.
5. To enter, entrants must purchase pair of school shoes in Ards Clarks only and then comment whether they bought a boy or girl’s pair of shoes and what size.
6. Competition runs from Sunday 1st August and closes on Tuesday 31st August 2021 at midnight.
7. The Promoter, Ards Shopping Centre, reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize.
8. Winners will be chosen at random by Ards Shopping Centre but will have to show receipt and proof of purchase of school shoes from in store at Clarks Ards Shopping Centre.
9. Winners will be announced on Facebook & Instagram on Wednesday 1st September and given one week to PM the page to claim their prize.
10. Entrants agree to take part in any marketing activities associated with the competition including use of profile picture in winner announcements.
11. Entrants agree to allow Ards Shopping Centre to contact them directly regarding the competition.
12. Competition open to Northern Ireland residents only.
13. No member of Ards Shopping Centre staff may enter the competition.
14. Ards Shopping Centre reserve the right to cancel the competition at any time.
